Services
We offer residential and commercial land development projects, site visits, project consultations, and related customer support. Detailed terms including pricing, payment milestones, registration agreements, and refund policies will be set out in individual client engagement agreements.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide complete and accurate information, respond promptly to communication and approval requests, and fulfil payment obligations as per the agreed schedule. Delays or omissions by the client may result in rescheduling, cost adjustments, or delivery delays. Clients are responsible for verifying all legal and regulatory aspects of the property with qualified professionals.
Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, brochures, designs, trademarks, and written materials on Najmi Group's platforms are owned by or licensed to Najmi Group. Client data and materials supplied to Najmi Group remain the client's property, with a license granted to Najmi Group for use in service delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount received for the affected service. We are not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of investment value, loss of profits, or delays caused by third-party approvals from government or financial institutions.
Service Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services or website access for non-payment, breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or fraudulent activity.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
